Masoud Saeedi was born 22, February, 1987 in Shiraz. He started singing traditional Iranian songs at the age of 10, first being trained by highly professional masters as Mohammad Noori and others. After the death of Mohammad Noori Masoud continued his vocal training and at the age of 16 started learning the guitar playing techniques. Upon completing his guitar playing lessons, he created his own unique musical style. In his late teen years he became quite successful in Eastern music, but as he fell an urge to extend his personal style in music by introducing new types of modern music, he made his best efforts to create music in the Western style of R@B, which at that time was quite a revolutionary mission, since Western type of music was officially discouraged in his country. But as his vocal and musical skills developed and grew, he eventually separated himself from rappers and moved on to a new challenge of creating the music in pop style, where his rich voice and professional vocal skill could be displayed on much broader and higher level. So by his early twenties Masoud Saeedi was already quite a popular and successful musician, composer, poet, song writer and stage performer. So after having recorded a few albums such as Amma Rafti To (You Are Gone) and Zamooneh among them, which in the whole included more than 60 tracks and recording a few videos, he finally decided to release his first legal album titled Daste Kam Nagir (Never Underestimate Me). This new album is currently awaiting the official permission for the distributing right from the Ministry Of Culture and Guidance. Masoud sincerely hopes that with the support of his much appreciated fans his new album will become a great success. Masoud Saeedi is currently residing in Tehran. Besides music his interests include various sports.
